ORDERS
1. How do I place an order? Simply browse our store at evoircouture.store, select your item and size, add to cart and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
2. Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours your order may already be processing and we cannot guarantee changes. Contact us immediately at support@evoircouture.store if you need to make a change.
3. I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it contact us at support@evoircouture.store with your name and email address and we will resend it.
SHIPPING
4. Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide. No matter where you are we will get your order to you.
5. How long does shipping take? Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 6 — 12 business days
- United Kingdom: 7 — 12 business days
- Australia: 7 — 12 business days
- Canada: 7 — 12 business days
- Europe: 7 — 15 business days
- Rest of the World: 7 — 15 business days
6. How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping on all orders above a minimum spend. Check our shipping page at checkout for current rates and promotions.
7. How do I track my order? Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to track your package directly on the carrier website.
8. My tracking has not updated in a few days. What should I do? Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed especially during international transit. If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days please contact us at support@evoircouture.store and we will investigate immediately.
9. My package says delivered but I have not received it. What do I do? Check with neighbors or building management in case it was left with them. Check all entry points of your home as carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If you still cannot locate it contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
10. What is your return policy? We offer a 90 day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will make it right.
11. How do I start a return? Email us at support@evoircouture.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
12. When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
13. Do I have to pay for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
14. Can I exchange an item? Yes. Contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and we will arrange an exchange for a different size or color where available.
PRODUCTS
15. How do I find the right size? Each product page has a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
16. Are your products true to size? Most of our products run true to size. Check the individual product page size guide for specific fit notes as some styles may run slightly small or large.
17. How do I care for my Evoir Couture™ products? Care instructions vary by product. Check the label inside your garment or the product page for specific washing and care instructions. Most items are best hand washed or machine washed on a gentle cold cycle.
18. The item I want is out of stock. Will it come back? Popular items do sell out quickly. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page or follow us on social media for new arrival announcements.

19. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods including:

20. Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. We never store your full payment details on our servers. Your security is our top priority.
21. My payment was declined. What should I do? Double check your card details, billing address and available funds. If the issue continues contact your bank or try a different payment method. You can also contact us at support@evoircouture.store for assistance.
DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS
22. How do I use a discount code? Enter your discount code at checkout in the discount code field and click apply. The discount will be deducted from your total automatically.
23. Can I use more than one discount code at a time? Only one discount code can be applied per order.
24. My discount code is not working. What should I do? Make sure the code is entered exactly as provided with no extra spaces. Check the expiry date and minimum spend requirements. If the issue continues contact us at support@evoircouture.store.
