Step 1 — Find Your Tracking Number
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This email is sent within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order.
Cannot find your email? Check your spam or junk folder. Still cannot find it? Contact us at support@evoircouture.store and we will send it to you immediately.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays or peak seasons.
Understanding Your Tracking Status:

Frequently Asked Questions:
My tracking number is not working. What should I do? Tracking numbers can take 2 to 5 business days to activate after your order ships. Please check again after a few days. If it still does not work contact us at support@evoircouture.store and we will look into it immediately.
My tracking has not updated in several days. Is something wrong? Tracking updates can sometimes pause during international transit especially when crossing customs. This is completely normal. If your tracking has not updated in more than 7 business days please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
My order says delivered but I have not received it. What do I do? Please check the following first:
- Check with neighbors or building management in case it was left with them
- Check all entry points of your home — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots
- Check if a delivery notice was left for you to collect from a local post office
If you have checked all of the above and still cannot locate your package contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open an investigation immediately.
My order is late. What should I do? If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at support@evoircouture.store with your order number and we will investigate and update you as quickly as possible.
